I was able to reschedule, and as an apology, they “reserved” the two seats behind the driver for us. Incidentally, we are both 6 feet or taller, and that seat had a floor to ceiling solid black wall in front of us limiting leg room and view. The bus was not COACH, but rather a party bus…”

The company did send a new bus out but that delayed us 2 1/2. Hours. By the time we got to the Grand Canyon It gave us limited time to explore the whole experience.
