Boat captians were great , we read some other reviews that said operators were really pushy for tips but this was not our experience. We did a few high-speed turns which managed to get everyone on the boat wet. And even hit another wake and caught some air (or at least my kids did). Overall great ride wish it was a little longer and would definitely do it again.”

“We loved it, it helped that it was a beautiful day. Our van driver, Antoine, was great and gave us a lot information on the trip to the boat. Also, he gave us so much information on how everything would work while we were at the Everglades. Jeff, our captain at the Everglades, gave us a great tour and was very knowledgeable about the birds we saw as well as the alligators we saw. So much fun! Highly recommend it.”

“Firstly they gat you there very early. First part in the Everglades was brilliant apart from the driver demanding a minimum tip. Then a 1,5 hour wait till check in then a45 minutes wait as the bus was 15 mins late. Bus struggled to pull away but they met it go. Only for it to break down on I95. Over an hour later in blistering heat we get a replacement. Little Havana we are told 10 mins so rushed in for Cuban coffee and out only to be ushered in in to an empty bar next door. Then. On the bus. Can’t be late for the boot oh we are.…”
