“Firstly they gat you there very early. First part in the Everglades was brilliant apart from the driver demanding a minimum tip. Then a 1,5 hour wait till check in then a45 minutes wait as the bus was 15 mins late. Bus struggled to pull away but they met it go. Only for it to break down on I95. Over an hour later in blistering heat we get a replacement. Little Havana we are told 10 mins so rushed in for Cuban coffee and out only to be ushered in in to an empty bar next door. Then. On the bus. Can’t be late for the boot oh we are.…”

“We have taken boat tours like this in past, so we were looking forward to this tour. The concept was great idea and the price was reasonable. The boat, seating and drink services were appropriate. The speaker was heavily accented in Spanish and hard to understand when speaking English. It should have been Englishing speaking with Spanish are second language since majority on boat was English speaking. Next, needs better speakers and turned up louder. With both of these issues, we just sat back and watched. Instead of learning anything that we saw. I expected better through viator.”

“The trip was supposed to leave at 10:30am. We were asked to be here early and when we got here, they said departure at 11:30. When we came back they changed it again to 12:00pm. The boat didn't leave the dock until 12:30pm. A guest we met on the boat got a drink and it cost $35. I'm so disappointed 😞 Do not waste your time. It seems their time is more precious than their guests!”
