Unfortunately the system on the bus meant that whenever the tour guide spoke no one else was allowed to speak as it would travel through the bus. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend the tour just based on that and go with a service that does a private experience. I had to endure that harassment all day and my elderly mother was very upset. Also there are quite a few super steep stairs (there is wheel chair and walker access through outside ramps and inside there is an electric lift on the stairs) The music was REALLY good. The food was better than a couple of restaurants we tried. The ship was interesting and you are allowed to roam around at will. Get to the boat as early as you can to get your actual tickets and get in line. You will be able to have dinner and enjoy over two hours…”
