Due to DC being closed and the bus charging me after not showing up, it was the worse trip ever for my 7 year old granddaughter first trip to DC. We even had to cross the street due to the area becoming unsafe around 7pm. Who can afford to give away money and not getting anything in return. Per their policy you have a 24hr cancellation time, however I booked the trip approximately 4hrs before the scheduled appointed time to meet with the bus.
