“This experience was awful from start to finish. Firstly our driver arrived later than we had been told to pick us up from the airport and take us to our hotel. He had absolutely no respect for our luggage, this resulted in one of our cars being broken…they were just through on top of each other and then recklessly pulled out at our stop. He proceeded to pick up passengers that were to be collected after we had all been dropped off. This was to ‘save him time’.
