“I had booked this tour for my elderly parents. When my mother arrived at the tour location, she took ill and could not proceed with the tour. She was later diagnosed with flu. When I emailed to request a refund, I was told the tour operator had refused to oblige. I can’t believe that despite having a genuine medical reason, the tour operator didn’t have enough empathy for my elderly parents. They are there to make money and humanity does not matter to them. Just very disappointed at the response.”
