“The convenience of the pass was awesome! You didn’t have to wait in lines to get your tickets. However, there is a disconnect between Viator and Go City. Had to call Go City to get actual tickets. We got lucky and one of the Go City trolley tour workers knew how to get the tickets otherwise we would not have been able to use them. So be aware if your tickets from Viator won’t work with the tours that accept the pass call the company Go City.”
