We made a full and delicious meal out of generous portions of each of the four items that had been prepared, along with complimentary beverages. Chef Austin was absolutely terrific, sharing lots of stories, insights, jokes, and answering all of our questions along the way. He kept us entertained and very well fed as we learned.
